Our Story

Pinnacle was built to solve the freight problems most providers avoid. From day one, we focused on the categories where logistics breaks most often: big, fragile freight, floor-loaded imports, multi-stop truckload, cross-border Mexico, and high-variance LTL. These flows require more than a broker – they require a partner willing to do the hard, detailed work that keeps your freight moving without surprises.

We started small but with a clear mission: streamline logistics through programs that are tailored, transparent, and reliable. Today, Pinnacle is a tech-enabled, values-driven transportation partner that combines decades of operational experience with tools like LTL Flow, QBOID, FreightSnap, Pinnacle Consolidate, and BorderView to reduce damage, eliminate variances, and improve timing across every mode.
We design and run end-to-end programs for furniture, home goods, consumer products, automotive, and industrial shippers. Whether it is drayage across 100+ miles, 20-stop truckload routes, Mexico direct TL or LTL, or complex consolidation from floor-loaded LTL, our team takes on the challenges that big-name brokerages avoid.
